Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Pairallel Planner ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access restricted areas, scrape content, upload harmful code, or use the site to harass others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

Orders and fulfillment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted.
• Custom planners are made to your specifications based on the quiz and options you select. Because they are personalized, refunds are limited to defects or errors caused by us.
• Fulfillment times and shipping estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. We work with printing partners to produce and ship orders.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Giveaways and promotions

Giveaways and promotions are governed by specific rules posted with each offer. In general, entrants must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States unless stated otherwise. Winners are selected at random and announced on the date listed in the giveaway terms. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — including text, images, logos, designs, planner layouts, and code — is owned by Pairallel Planner or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your custom planner is for personal use only.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pairallel Planner and its owners, employees, or affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pairallel Planner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
